WTF Camo

​WTFCAMO® (short for Whitetail Forensics Camo) is a U.S.-based camouflage brand that takes a science-first approach to concealment, designing its patterns based on how deer perceive their environment. Unlike traditional camo developed for human aesthetics, WTFCAMO focuses on disrupting the human silhouette in the eyes of whitetail deer.​

The pattern emphasizes silhouette disruption over mimicking natural elements like leaves or bark. This approach ensures effectiveness across various terrains—whether on the ground, in a treestand, or while saddle hunting. The brand boldly states that it "disrupts the status quo" by prioritizing how deer see, not how humans think camo should look.​

WTFCAMO has partnered with Ape Canyon Outfitters to integrate its pattern into a line of saddle hunting gear, including saddles, pouches, and packs. This collaboration offers hunters a USA-made setup that combines safety, mobility, and concealment.
