Firstlite

Founded in 2007 by Kenton Carruth and Scott Robinson in Hailey, Idaho, First Lite emerged from a desire to bring the benefits of merino wool to the hunting industry. Recognizing a gap in the market, the founders introduced the first camouflage-printed merino wool base layers, combining natural fiber performance with effective concealment.

Over the years, First Lite has expanded its product line to include a comprehensive layering system, featuring proprietary camouflage patterns like Fusion, Cipher, and Specter. These patterns are designed to provide versatile concealment across diverse terrains, catering to both Western big game and Eastern whitetail hunters.

In 2019, First Lite joined forces with MeatEater, Inc., aligning with a broader mission to promote conservation and public land access. This partnership has strengthened First Lite's commitment to supporting organizations dedicated to preserving wildlife habitats and hunting traditions.

Today, First Lite continues to innovate, offering hunters high-performance apparel that balances durability, comfort, and functionality, ensuring reliability in the most demanding outdoor conditions.
